Spore integrates with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms via their official APIs. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms and community guidelines. Spore only publishes content that you have explicitly uploaded and approved.

We do not auto-post content without your explicit approval. We do not access content or data from other users' accounts on any connected platform.

5. Your content

You retain all ownership of content you upload to Spore. You grant Spore a limited license to process, format, and transmit your content to the third-party platforms you have connected, solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Spore to distribute content that infringes copyright, violates the law, contains spam, or breaches the terms of any connected platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms. You may stop using Spore at any time and revoke connected accounts.

8. Disclaimer

Spore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
